Recently 7-11 have had these adds about snack time between lunch and dinner. It's about 3 PM hence the name lunner or linner, but no it's lunner.
Although it's funny. I totally would call it Lunner. But it just fills me with sadness knowing that this one of the causes of obesity in this country.
Most diet guidelines suggest mini meals 6 times a day. Having the traditional breakfast, lunch, and dinner with snack in between. Eating healthy foods like cheese (well some cheeses), fruit, veggies and/or a light dessert.
But going to get a Lunner which might be a hot dog or nachos, is not healthy and it fuels bad eating habits for kids. It's almost like advertising cigarettes to kids.
